I know it's been a while since I last wrote a post on here, but it's been a busy many months and that has all culminated in today's posting.

I have both good news and bad news.

First, the good news.  My semester is almost over (just a couple weeks left), and I plan to spend the first few weeks of vacation relasing some stuff for you guys:

:bulletblue: Finishing up Chromacity 2.1.0.
This will reintroduce builtin color pickers to Chrome users, though Firefox users will still see just text boxes.  I'm sorry, but this decision is final; Mozilla support would take months to complete due to lack of support for HTML5 Color Inputs.

:bulletblue: Releasing a New User Script called Bubbles.
A simple script which shows desktop notifications when you get tabbed on dAmn and you're in another application.  I've been using it on OS X for many months without any problems, but it still needs work on Windows and Linux; if you want to help test (especially the Windows version, since I don't use Windows), please send me a note.

:bulletblue: Launching the new EmoteCloud 2 service.
This is a community-created and -operated successor to zikes' venerable EmoteCLOUD system.  All the major clients are on-board for this already, from dAmnMobile, to SuperdAmn, to Forum Cloud, to wsc, as well as zikes and the others who made the original.  Expect faster load times, less vote-spam, and more features.  More on this soon!

Now for the bad news: once I'm done with this last hurrah, I am retiring from user scripting. I'll try to keep my scripts working as best as time permits, but they will probably not recieve any improvements or new features.

Over the last year, I have attempted to balance updates with bugfixes in my scripts, but with them decaying so quickly that they sorta just stagnated; as a lone, unpaid programmer, I simply don't have the time or resources to keep improving them.

I would like to encourage others to pick up my scripts and continue improving on them; all my projects are open-source on my GitHub, and I am more than willing to coordinate new releases or arrange a complete handoff of ownership.

Can't wait, because I suddenly can no longer use Colors OR Chromacity in either FF or Chrome. :/
